Toowoomba Christian Broadcasters Association (ABN: 26 890 828 460) was established on 13th October 1993 as a non-profit association and was incorporated on 8th August 1994. The first radio transmission was on air from 19th March 1994.
TCBA has been operating on a permanent community radio licence issued by ACMA since 1st March 2000.
The radio station was initially known as '92.9 The Light' for many years before changing names to 92.9 Voice FM.
