Presenters

David Wilcox
David has been heard on 92.9 for many years now and has hosted many different time slots.  Once upon a time he helped with the Breakfast program, he was a regular Drive / afternoon presenter for a while, and now takes the chair for Sunday morning's praise, worship and teaching time (from 7am to Midday).

David is married to Judith and they have three amazing kids.  They love travelling and chilling out watching a movie together.

John Rowe
John is a fourth generation Toowoomba boy, so he's very familiar with getting red dirt out of clothing, or at least with putting it there. He and his wife Sandie have two wonderful children of which they're very proud.  John is a self-employed computer animator specializing in visual effects and has worked for various production companies around the world.

He's responsible for creating the 'Jesus' series of TV commercials seen on Toowoomba TV at Easter and Christmas.  His work can be found at TV4Jesus.com and JohnRowe.org.  John is an Elder at ChristLife Presbyterian church, where he and his family are active in a variety of ministries. He's a huge Sci Fi fan and in his spare time enjoys singing, puppeteering his alter ego 'Gramps', and plying Toowoomba's gusty winds on his Blokart.

John believes very firmly that God doesn't call the qualified, but rather he qualifies the called. Step up, answer God's call and you'll be amazed at the journey He'll take you on and how much He'll grow you and enrich your life.

Jodie is also a registered teacher and works part-time as a university research assistant. She loves to spend her spare time reading, catching up with friends and hanging out with her family. Jodie has just returned to presenting duties after a period of maternity leave earlier in the year.

Brenton Thompson
Brenton originated from South Australia, but has called Toowoomba home for the past 20 years. He has been married for 15 years and has 3 beautiful daughters (Brenton believes that REAL men have only daughters). Brenton has been involved with 92.9FM for the past 15 years.

Brenton has also worked for Weis Frozen Food since 2005, “helping to make the best ice creams in the world”.

His hidden talent is the ability to fit his mouth around objects, like glasses and possibly tennis balls, though the fur is apparently a problem. Brenton's dream is to grow up to be a super hero like Superman.
